Who is responsible for your information?

Thistle & Oak Financial Coaching is responsible for personal information you provide through this website. You can contact me about privacy matters through the enquiry form.

What information do I collect?

When you make an enquiry, I receive the name, email address and message you submit. If you contact me through WhatsApp, I receive the information you choose to send there. Technical website hosting services may also process basic access and security logs.

Why do I use it?

I use the information to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible coaching services and keep a record of the correspondence where needed. For ordinary enquiries, this is generally based on my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the business. I do not use the contact form to sign you up to marketing emails.

Which services process it?

• Cloudflare Pages hosts this website.
• Web3Forms delivers contact-form submissions to my email inbox.
• My email provider stores the correspondence needed to reply.
• WhatsApp Business processes messages if you choose that channel.

These third-party services have their own privacy practices, including possible international processing. Please avoid sending account numbers, passwords or other sensitive financial information through the initial contact form.

How long do I keep enquiries?

I keep ordinary enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the conversation. I would normally delete enquiries that do not lead to further work within six months of the last contact, unless a specific reason requires me to retain them longer. If you become a client, separate records and retention arrangements may apply.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to how your personal information is used, depending on the circumstances. To make a request, use the contact page. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies and analytics

This simple website does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. There is no cookie banner because no optional analytics or marketing cookies have been added. Hosting and security services may still use essential technical mechanisms.
